Waiting for delivery from Monday. No apologies or time frame. Expect customer to wait daily from 8am to 5pm and zero

My package was supposed to be delivered on Monday. Nothing. Called them. Not helpful or accountable. They expect you to wait all day from 8am to 5pm and it's not delivered. Called again. Received a message for Tuesday. Called in, package never left the hub. Made arrangements for someone to wait. Same story upto Thursday. Drivers need to be accountable and call center customer friendly as we are paying for the service. Edgar please change your courier. We are paying for the service not to have unaccountable times of delivery. Please. Even ethekweni Municipality gets a thumbs up compared to Rams courier. I asked to speak to a manager and was not put through.
