Waiting for a package and the driver didnt even come to the building

Good day

A package was meant to be delivered. I have been waiting the entire day. When I tried to track the parcel I see that the driver didn't come to my office but just tried calling according to the tracking history. Seriously guys. Its a delivery service. Deliver, call and assume if my phone is off or Im on the line that Im not here.
