Waiting and waiting and then getting scream at!

I was told the parcel would be delivered yesterday between 8 and 5pm. I stayed at the office the whole day to make sure I got the delivery. <br> I called 7 times - every time I made sure they had the full address including the floor and company name. <br> I was told at 5:30pm that the deliver came MULTIPLE time and it was the wrong address. <br> I spoke to Thabo last night who told me my parcel would be sent out at 8am and be delivered first thing in the morning. 9:30 - still nothing. <br> I called back the customer service and was screamed at by a lady (who would NOT give me her name) and then she put down the phone. <br> She said that it was my responsibility to avail myself between 8 and 5 and she could not confirm that my parcel would be delivered as the address was confusing! It is in the middle of Johannesburg, in Melrose arch - how confusing can it be???<br> <br> Address street<br> Floor number<br> Company name<br> Postal code<br> <br> is it that hard???<br> <br> I am now on hold on the phone and no one can tell me what is happening. <br> I am so frustrated - I am stuck at the office for now over 14 hours because I am waiting for that parcel. I cannot move to go see clients and cannot work. Come on!<br>
