Wack service

Service is wack.... “apparently their truck was hijacked with my parcel... I was inconvenienced as I was waiting for the parcel the whole day as I tried tracking my order I saw the bad news that the vehicle was hijacked... 1st thing in the morning I got a call that they will deliver next day no apologies for the inconvenience whatsoever.... I decided to call later on the day only to be told they have to investigate the hijack n as soon as they are done with the investigation they will let me know.. why am I not considered in this decision making???. why must I be inconvenienced like I’m the one who said their car must be hijacked.???can they not make their problems mine... we agreed on a 72 hours delivery why is it taking forever now.... ????????
