Vuse CT & RAM COURIERS

If I could give"0" stars I would.... Bit that option does not exist. I ordered something from Vuse In Cape Town online. This was in Sunday. Started 1-3 days delivery. It was collected by Ram on Tuesday the 1st of March 2022. It is now Saturday the 5th of March and still nothing. I received an sms on Wednesday staying that delivery was out -nothing. Then I received and sms on Thursday to expect delivery -Nothing. Then one on Friday..... Need I say more??? I contacted RAM customer service in Friday because the tracking number stated that I was not available the previous day. I specifically have my work address as I'm always at work. When I spoke to the lady she said that she would contact the driver and get back to me. Needles to say.....She cut the call.... Eventually the driver phones me at 17:50pm on Friday to see if I'm available. By then I was fuming cos I had just got home from work. I told him to just drop it off at my work, bit he insisted that he needed to see my ID. I told him that I would be at work on Saturday early in the morning. It is now 14:45 and still no delivery. This is the highly trained staff that works for RAM!!!! I will never use them and I will not deal with a company that uses them ever again. I will not recommend them either...Useless bunch!!!!!
