Vodacom/Rams courier failed to deliver
I was expecting delivery of my parcel since 21 April.I have been calling and promised that parcel will be delivered the next day,still waiting. On Friday I got a call from a lady,she said my parcels were still with her and they will be delivered on Tuesday 03/05,she said I will get a confirmation from the couriers when parcel will be out.Today is the 4th no phone call,confirmation or delivery.I am out of the province I might be back after 3 weeks,I need to know what happened to the parcels.Your Waybill comments does not make sense.Driver went to a house at 18:16 and he was told no such person stay there,he didn't even bother to call
