They level of service is utterly unacceptable I am not impressed with the level of service from my knowledge I understand that when a parcel is getting delivered you call the client to confirm the correct details of the address etc no one has called me I had to do the calling myself to understand why my parcel has not been delivered I have been given three different stories 1 we can’t find the driver 2 the address is incomplete 3 we have to end the parcel back as the address is incomplete this is not the kind of service one should deal with where I am doing the chasing but hey this is the service one needs to deal with
