Vodacom Upgrade delivery by Trash RAM courier

ABSOLUTELY TRASH service. I ordered my upgrade from vodacom on the 5th and still haven't received it due to ram couriers being negligent and full of excuses. when you try and get through to the manager they do not answer the phone. vodacom needs to change their courier company because RAM couriers are giving them a bad name. They are becoming complacent because they have the monopoly knowing they have vodacom who constantly uses them. I remember when telkom was the same way and look at them now ABSOLUTELY trash. i foresee the same for RAM courier in the near future. Trash company will rather go in store for my upgrades
