VODACOM should reconsider who they courier with if they want to keep my business.

Have never ever experienced a company falling apart on service delivery like this - from notifying of delivery on the morning of delivery, nevermind you already had your day planned to being promised a re delivery the following week to it not happening at all - tracking has been standing still since that day and the consultants act as if they cant hear you when you phone in at 16h45 and keep dropping the line to them not actually being able to track my new phone from VODACOM - today, when you phone the number suddenly does not exist and one should consult a directory and emailing a complaint doesnt work either as it does not register because you can never get the Captcha correct because its not functioning the way it should - hence their page also dismall.
