Vodacom Should lose RAM Couriers

Vodacom uses RAM as their courier company. They have horrible service and no communication. When contacting them, I receive the same message every day: "Good day, the order will go out for delivery Tomorrow 05-03-2020". They keep bumping the date to the next day.
