Vodacom & RAM Couriers

Hi,

After reading a number of reviews pointing out the bad service of Ram couriers for vodacom upgrades I realised I’m not the only one.

Delivery address is my home address which I’m home from 4, I can’t use my work address as I work for a big corporation, ram couriers can’t give a time of delivery (8-5 is quite wide) if my not at my desk when they arrive reception will never find me in the building. Customer service told me they don’t do time specific deliveries so how do you expect me to upgrade online when the courier service is so inflexible? Customer services tells me they not in my area at 4??? What type of service is this ?

Will not recommend their services 5 calls later and not 1 call returned.
