Vodacom please cut ties with Ram

Useless courier company, employing useless workers. For 3 days they never deliver my order, 1st day they put on a wrong car, second day I phoned Vodacom, then phoned me telling me my order is with them, they will deliver 1st thing in the morning at my workplace. On the day of delivery they telling Vodacom after I reported them that I cancelled order. I never saw something like this in my entire life. My order status is cancelled now.
