Vodacom must change delivery company

I was called by their office and they asked me if I was available for delivery I said yes and they told me that the driver will call me when he is here.I have been waiting the whole day for delivery with no show.Now when I track the parcel its says parcel could not be delivered.When I call the customer care no one attends to the phone.Its really sad that I bought myself a new phone since its my birthday tomorrow and I want to spoil myself but thanx to Ram I will have a bad birthday.
