Vodacom Delivery

I have never experienced such disgusting service - I think it is time Vodacom used a different courier service, I have been waiting more than a week - driver cannot use a phone as the number he "called" is invalid - strange my business number that is used all day by clients, staff and management, I call them from the same phone - strange but true, then get told cannot get a time of delivery because the drivers leave at 8:00 am, when requesting a supervisor - sorry cannot transfer you, even asked for the drivers no to send a pin location - sorry cannot do this - well them employ drivers that know who to use google.
