Vodacom Delivery

This must be the worst courier company, I am not sure why anyone would use them. The call center is useless, you hold on for 10 mins to talk to someone who does not know anything. I phoned a day before delivery to arrange for the delivery to be done after 4PM, then guess what..........they show up at 10AM to deliver my package, next day the same thing. Every day I get the promise that they will come again after 4PM to deliver, this morning I get an SMS that my delivery was unsuccessful and I need to contact them to arrange for a new address and time. What have I been doing this whole time then????? I will never use them again, its a shame that Vodacom uses them to try and deliver their phones, Vodacom will have double the clients if they just use a courier service that can actually deliver a parcel.
