Vodacom and RAM relationship sucks

The messed up part is that it seems as if vodacom consultant contradicts each other one consultant says that a third party can receive the parcel as long as they have copy of ID of the second party saying they give the third party permission to receive the parcel on their behalf, another consultant says that the third party also have to have the proof of address of the second party to receive the parcel, then there's RAM courier drivers who also contradicts one another one minute one says RAM don't deliver to the parties then the other one says no we deliver as long as you have copy of ID, seriously Vodacom and RAM need to sort out your *********** stuff. Here is the real issue my mom requested for an upgrade for a vodacom contract phone which is for me, my mom is in Limpopo i am in Johannesburg so vodacom consultant told my mom that the Phone can be delivered at my address straight away since i will be using this phone, as long as she sends me a copy of her ID with a message underneath which says that she gives me her permission to receive the parcel on her behalf since i am the one who is going to use it, but vodacom and RAM changes their stories Every day it is as if they are indecisive I've been waiting two weeks to get this phone most times cancelled on my plans thinking they will deliver but they never come. Still waiting even today
