VODACOM AND RAM COURIERS WILL WASTE YOUR TIME

After trying to resolve this with both Vodacom and Ram Couriers, I would suggest that you NEVER open or renew a contract with Vodacom online, because their courier service will be a definite waste of your time. Vodacom is basically no help at all and Ram Couriers just lie to you constantly.

1. You will be told that your package is at their warehouse and will be dispatched soon (LIE) 2. You'll then be told that it has actually arrived and that you will now be able to track your order. 3. Then you will be told your package has arrived in Cape Town and they will confirm with you that it will arrive.

The rest of the day consisted of them telling me the package is on its way and then the tracking service says it is a 'non-delivery'. I was then told by a very 'helpful' gentleman that he would ensure that my package would be delivered to my home between 6-8 this evening and gave me his personal number. It is almost 8 pm and this gentleman's phone is conveniently off.

In conclusion, this company is a big fat ****!!
