Violation of private information/incompetence
I need my sim card delivered today. They called the incorrect number and allowed someone else who is not me to cancel my order which I have paid for. Do u not ask security questions before canceling orders, also why do you guys have a completely incorrect number? Complete incompetence at my expense!!!!!!!!
