VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.🚮
Ram hand-to-hand delivery service provides an extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory experience. My delivery status remains unchanged with a stupid excuse "parcel not ready" logged on track my parcel. It's dumb to think I requested a service for something that wasn't ready to be collected. Despite giving clear instructions, the lack of efficiency and attention to detail from your end is truly disheartening, very very poor and unprofessional service delivery. I deeply regret not reviewing this appalling business before attempting to use their services. To anyone reading this, I strongly advise against considering Ram for your needs; otherwise, you will undoubtedly regret it.
