Very very Mad

Worst experience with this guys. Ordered stuff online a day before my birthday thinking they’ll reach me the following weeek as estimated. 1st order of eyeshadow came on pieces the whole pallets were dust. 2nd and 3rd have been saying “they had to return the parcels coz they couldn’t reach me. I’ve been literally looking through the window from the 1st day an sms said it’s out for delivery…. It’s day 3 and everyday I get either email or sms saying delivery attempt failed…. My phone is always on my hand waiting coz I know delivery is happening on that day.

Today I saw the guy turning back before he could reach my gate ****erally 2 blocks of flats) from me. When I call am told I should keep my phone closer…. For 3 long unproductive days waiting for a parcels that never reached me or call to say we getting lost please direct us atleast.

So disappointed, I had to cancel that parcel back to where it’s from coz I can’t sit around the whole day waiting for delivery.

Drivers are rude too
