Very very bad service.

Still no feedback after many calls to your headquarters. Suck!!!

I phoned the guy myself and he was at Lake Umuzi and that is in my area and not even 10 minutes after I spoke to him. The first time he phoned me I said I'm on my way and he did not even bother to wait. This is not the first time. He could have brought my parcel but you guys really suck and your drivers are lazy and very rude and please keep in mind that this is a service that I pay for!!! Pathetic pathetic pathetic. And your excuses are even more pathetic

But when I phoned him he said he'll be back. So I sat the whole afternoon and waited. I even cancelled my other appointments. I suggest you get a better system. Cause now they phone only when they are at your home. So must a person sit and wait for you guys the whole day even skip work???? The previous time the driver was so rude I almost said something bad. The point is when I phoned him he was still in Secunda and still near me. I work with a lot of companies and if they are in the area they always come back. But not you. It's just because you have lazy and rude drivers. Look at all the reviews about your company? Does it look good??? I will never use your company again and even if the place where I order use you I will make sure the send me someone ellse. And believe me I will make sure that everybody knows about your pathetic service. I may be just one person but the word spreads fast. Like I've seen on here already. So now must I sit and wait the whole day tomorrow as well??! Will you pay me for a day's work just because of my parcel that I can't miss??? Your excuses are pathetic. So I suggest you stop replying and start running a proper business. Maybe take a few classes from the other excellent courier services.

Well I hope so. Or what will the excuse be this time? Three times with previous parcels they just say there was no one home. But we are home or just we open all the windows and doors so we can hear them hooting?? And then when they finally arrive the driver is so rude!!! Never ever I will refer any of my friends with companies to you guys. PS..... The driver was just here and guess what???? Rude as hell. Please stop replying because your service will never be better. Just strange that now that I complain and give the facts now the driver is still here and can bring me my parcel ???? Very strange and please don't say it's just extra effort to keep me happy. Maybe if your drivers stopped fooling around their jobs will get done but instead they act as if they are doing you a favour but hey we pay for the service!!! I hope everybody reading this will stay away from Ram hand to hand couriers. I know me and my friend and their friends and companies will. I already complained to the supplier as well and apparently this is not the first complaint so they will be switching as well.
