Very unprofessional
Worst service!
Parcel was out on delivery yesterday. When the driver phoned he was in die wrong erea. Very arrogant he said he does not have the time to drive al the way to our address he will do it today.
Upon tracking the parcel online it says I have missed calls from them yesterday that is the reason for not delivering.
We ar nearing 16 :00 now and still no delivery. When phoning customer care you hold the line for hours. The lady who was assisting me does not give me chance to speak and at the end dropped the phone in my ear
