Very unhappy customer.

RAM service so disappointing. I ordered the RAIN simcard online as I've been working from home under the current conditions. I waited and followed up on my parcel and was not even given accurate information by the agent that answered the call.I was suppose to receive my SIM on Friday, as per your online tracking system, when I checked on Friday they said UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Cape Town - UNAVAILABLE HOME - CLIENT AT WORK NOT AT HOME. but I am working from home , Today now says: RAMMobile NonDelivery - . What makes matters worse is that no one even tried to contact me on my cell. When I called the call center, no body is answering, its now 2 working days late and no delivery. This has inconvenienced me especially with my work. Very unhappy customer. Think RAIN should look for a new Courier Company
