Very Unhappy Customer!
I am a very unhappy customer at the moment. Havent used RAM before, but now for the first time - my parcel was ready for collection on Sunday already. On monday AND Tuesday there was different excuses for not picking up my parcel. I am leaving town on Friday morning and this parcel was a birthday gift I needed to take with. I sent a query to RAM with no feedback. Not satisfied at all - lack of communication.

Please note we have gone to the shop twice already to make the collection however due to poor packaging and parcel not being ready Ram Couriers cannot be held liable for the delay as we cannot just collect until the parcel is safely packaged, we will again go to the shop today as we do our daily deliveries and collection.
