Very unhappy customer

Very unhappy customer. I don't understand how I pay full price but only get half the service ? Parcel out for delivery at 9h yesterday already. Received a phone call from the driver and 24hours later still waiting. According to my track-your-parcel I wasn't home ??? This after I confirmed the address that I originally set up for delivery. Don't even try and phone the customer service line, you might just wait longer. I understand that it's the festive season, but if you can't deliver the service why even make the promise ? Rather just shut the doors and open in the new year again. It's 2019, how is it not possible to give an estimated delivery time, now we have to wait the whole day again ?
