Very rude delivery man!

I was called by Ram deliveries he was here to deliver my package. He called me he was rude from the beginning told me to get outside I need to sign for a parcel when I told him I am at the mall on lunch he can walk in and leave it security, they will sign. He told me I only have 5 minutes to get someone to come outside to side, I called my colleague to come outside and sign for me but he was there she waited about 3 minutes. I called him to tell him you not outside she has now gone back inside the building as it's cold and he was the complaining that he has other clients. I then told him he can wait for me, I will be right there in 5 minutes he said will not wait, my colleague could ha e waited longer. He left with my parcel again. I bought staff from Sportscene.
