VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT DELIVERY GUY
I'm so disappointed with Ram hand to hand couriers, today l was supposed to receive my order from them that was coming from Vodacom, the delivery guy was so arrogant and rude,he refused to hand over my parcel and went back with it, he said the address is wrong but he came to the exact address that he claims it's wrong, l gave him my document to verify if lm the right recipient,he refused to even check my document and went off with my parcel, lm so much disappointed in their delivery guys.
