Very poor service. No integrity

RAM Richards Bay is useless. International parcel reaches SA in 4 days and then ends up lying at the Richards Bay branch depot with no driver to drop off. They phone me to tell me their driver cannot get the on the phone. I was at the phone all day since last Thursday. Now Monday. Depot can get me on my phone but not the driver? Had to physically drive and go and search for the lady at the branch to collect parcel. VERY POOR SERVICE
