Very poor service from RAM Couriers

Very poor service from RAM Couriers. They failed to deliver my parcel and didn't even bother to call me like other efficient courier companies do. I have been at the given address the whole day only for them to claim unsuccessful delivery for reasons best known to themselves. I have tried to call the branch and no one answers the call. Only the call centre agents answer with promises they don't fulfil. All I need is my parcel but it seems its a nightmare just to get it. After all they were chosen by DHL as a partner. I didn't personally chose them.
