Very poor service from RAM courier and DSTV

RAM were to deliver my Router from DSTV. Special arrangements were made that my husband could collect on my behalf, with a certified copy of my id document. Due to the fact that my work requires me to travel and I need my original id with me. The RAM driver phoned my husband 5 minutes before delivery to confirm. However the RAM driver was very arrogant and refused to accept and scan the prearranged I'd certified copytried. My husband tried to explain the pre arrangement for delivery. My husband asked the RAM driver to contact his office to confirm the delivery arrangement. He however flat out refused and said it was not his job. He then made some ****** remark that this is not the old South Africa anymore, and left without delivering my parcel to my husband. I then contacted DSTV. They informed me that I must contact RAM an arrange a redelivery. RAM however informed me that the parcel will be returned to DSTV. I offered to collect the parcel. RAM refused and said that if I collect, they don't get paid for the delivery. Now a week later and speaking with a new consultant at DSTV (15) everytime, I still don't have my Router. DSTV blames RAM and promises that they instructed RAM to redeliver my parcel. No delivery yet. I phoned RAM again. According to RAM system shows that my parcel were returned to DSTV and no new instructions were received from DSTV. According to DSTV they have not received the parcel. Seems no one knows whereabouts of the parcel. No one at RAM or DSTV wants to take accountability. My first installment is almost due and I still have not receive the Router. Only the same answer everyday from DSTV call takers that they will escalate and give feedback and new ref number every. This getting ridiculous. I did not know that it were so difficult for two big companies like RAM and DSTV to deliver a single Router.

I have received parcels from China in a shorter time period.
