Very poor service from RAM and their drivers

I got a call from the driver saying they were at the gate, I was not even aware that they were delivering today. I informed the driver that I was at work and it seemed like they were gonna deliver at my place of work. I waited for over an hour and no one pitched. I then called to find out where they were amd they said they are in Boitumelo Mall, I told them that am not office based and that i am to attend to a fault in Heneman. The driver said he will come back. After a few hours being back from from site, I phoned again and was told they're on Allanridge but they will call me when bad. I never received any call but instead I kept calling the driver to no avail. The company eventually called me and I told them what happed amd they said they will call the driver and get back to me...am still waiting. My parcel was never delivered amd the driver is not taking my calls.
