Very poor service

I waited the whole day for my package to arrive, only to be info that the package could not be delivered because I wasn't available. It would appear that they didn't even try to reach me. This is unacceptable for a courier service. And this wasn't the first time it happen, it happen on at least 2 other occasions as well.
