Very poor service

So so unprofessional, very disappointed. I was supposed to receive my parcel on Wednesday. They arrived without notifying me and did not leave the parcel as they needed my ID. I advised them that I will collect the parcel on Thursday 11/03/2021. They said I cant just collect, which is fair, as they needed authorization from their Security Manager. They said they would call me back by 14H30 on Thursday. They only called me back on Friday (12/03/2021) morning to inform me they are still waiting for the Security Manager to approve. and will contact me before noon. It is 16:40 on Friday (12/03/2021) and I am still waiting. I tried to contact them using their chatbot on their website and after numerous failed attempts to get feedback, an Agent rep**** and said "Good day, the parcel is in queries department whereby they will call you to confirm all the details and availability.". This is so unprofessional. I wonder why such an admired and reputable brand (Vodacom) is using couriers with an average rating of 1.29 on Hellopeter.
