Very poor service, bad bad bad ****mers

Ram seems to be mastering the **** business, since the 5th March 2025 their courier has been pretending to be delivering my parcel I bought from PERFUMOLOGY only for them to return back with my parcel claiming that " Unsuccessful Delivery Our courier attempted the delivery but was unable to complete it. Monday, 10 March 2025 at 16:55 • Cape Town " whereas they did not even attempt to call me on their arrival on the address provided and I have been calling their *** with my own airtime which keeps routing me to different options until my airtime runs out, I have also been in contact with the WhatsApp agent who has not been any help when trying to contact them and giving them the instructions, the address and my contact number, as of right now I cannot even see the status of my parcel, only their courier knows what happened to my parcel.
