Very poor service
Im disgusted with there service...u never get through to custemor care...u get constant email...saying parcel are out for delivery...I got email on 27/5 ...until today only then the driver came...refuse to take utility proof of the march this yr...while waiting in his van he gave my daughter id to some stranger..to give it to her...pls people be carefull...ive spend like over 300 of airtime for these few days to get hold of Ram...after my waybill number does not allow me to track my order!,,

09 Jun 2020, 20:28I cant over the fact that no one has stopped Ram..from there pathetic service..they total liers...waste your huge amount of airtime and endless emails...just send confirm emails..parcel is out for delivery..when I eventually got hold of customer care consultant..he said the warehouse has been cleaned they only stared with deliveries again ...meaning all the previous emails were a total lie...pls I hope everyone reads this....Ram couriers FILLED WITH LIES!!!
