VERY poor service!

Been sitting here all day like an idiot, getting promised high and low that the package will be delivered.

The driver never pitched, now he is "too far away"...?really?

Customer service reps are now ignoring my calls, chat is giving me generic answers. Email are ignored, managers are non-responsive.
