VERY POOR SERVICE

I have a parcel that needs to be delivered. TFG recalled the parcel by big mistake to be send back to them, and now it was handed over to the Couriers again but RAM needs to authorize it to be send again on the same tracking no. How long can a authorization take? It has been days. Really pathetic.
