Very poor service!

Very poor service - paid for a collection online agreement was that the driver will collect my package before 5pm. Called at 3pm just to get an ETA, customer service representative transferred me directly to the driver, driver seemed to be lost and didnt know where im situated - he then further stated that he is very far away from me. To avoid further disappointment i agreed to drop off the package at RAM depot in Nandi Drive just so that my package can be delivered on time - I paid full price but i have to do the job they supposed to do.

Will NEVER use them again.
