Very poor service

I must say your service is really bad. I requested a collection for a phone I took at Vodacom of which I am returning it back to the store. Every time when I call or chat to the online agents they telling me someone will come before I knock off. They keep assigning the same person who does not do his job. The return date policy from policy from Vodacom expired yesterday and I am still stuck with the phone
