Very poor delivery
I received a call from customer service on Wednesday regarding a delivery for me. I gave them the address where they need to deliver in Upington and they told me it will be delivered in the next 24 to 48 hours.
Today, Friday 13 May my parcel arrived at the warehouse in Upington. When I called them to ask when they are going to deliver, they told me it will be Monday. Where is the 48hours delivery that was said to me. Now only to be delivered Monday?

I spoke to the courier and the driver this morning. They don't know where my parcel is. I called again at 14:12 as I didn't receive the delivery yet and haven't been contacted. And still there is no answer as to when I will get delivery or where my parcel is.
