Very poor and pathetic service from Ram
If I could I would have given it a 0. Today marks 4 weeks that we have been waiting for our delivery with Ram. We keep on asking for a specific date and time to get the item delivered. No communication is made from their side when they do call eventually they are so rude and when we address the problem and rudeness they drop the call in your ear. This is very poor service as we are still waiting for our delivery up to date.

06 Mar 2023, 14:41Kindly note as per previous conversation with Ram consultants my husband or myself are only available on a Friday after 16:00. This has been communicated with them numerous times. No one has advised in regards to the above details as you have just stated so somewhere someone does not know the policy or how to communicate. This is not the first time that this has happened because of poor customer service and poor communication
