Very irritated and angry

I am expecting a parcel from Bash it was supposed to arrive on the 30. Ram sent my parcel to Limpopo. I called the first guy said it is a mistake they will take my parcel out of the truck. The second consultant told me that it's how it's done my parcel has ro go to Limpopo first I asked why because am in Centurion how can it move for Jhb to Limpopo, he said that's how they work. I asked why my other parcel I got on the 30th without going to Limpopo he said he doesn't know. I asked to speak to someone who knows he put me on hold then dropped my call. I called again the consultant explained it's a mistake they will send it back. Today they dispatch the parcel to me. At 12.34 they update my tracker that they called and no one was available to pick the call and no one was available at home. And they only called me 12.38 when the phone rang once I picked up and then they dropped the call. Immediately I called call center, the lady who picked up said she will send an email for the driver to call me back and turn back. That never happed. This is an inconvenience because I needed that parcel today. I am very irritated with this couriers.
