Very frustrated
It's just so frustrating to pay for a service that you don't get. They don't apologize or anything and Pep Paxi will keep on using them despite complaints. I pay for a 3 to 5 day delivery but the parcel only gets delivered in 9 days. Shocking

19 Jun 2024, 16:36Really this parcel was dropped off on Sunday, collected by Rams on Monday so delivery was supposed to be Friday. So what has the public holiday got to do with the delay. Get your facts straight before you make a fool of yourselves. 3 to 5 days really not 8 working days.
