Very friendly and helpful call centre agent

On behalf of my mother (Marianne Stander), I would just like to commend Andile on her professional and friendly service! We called into Ram's customer care line this morning to query a delivery. Andile was super friendly and very helpful and explained that since they don't deliver on a weekend that the parcel will only be shipped from Isando this evening so I should receive my parcel either tomorrow or Thursday. Andile's attitude is the epitome of great customer service!
