Very disappointing service :-(

I am very disappointed in the communication from RAM, I missed my parcel delivery yesterday but spoke to customer service and you assured me that you would come back later the day as I worked in the morning and had no idea of what time you would deliver my parcel, now there is no communication from RAM’s side as to when I can expect my delivery as I HAVE to make sure I am home. I paid a lot of money for my parcel and am very worried of where my package might be because again NO COMMUNICATION from RAM. With CourierIT they were in constant contact with me and even came back, that is what I call service. I need answers from RAM!!!!!!!
