Very Disappointing - Never Use Their Service Again

I had a parcel that was supposed to be delivered on 2nd August, and the on the 1st of August I requested for my parcel to be delivered to a new address ,and that never happened. I contacted customer support and was placed on hold several times. I will never use this company again.
