Very disappointed in service received

On Friday I waited all day for a parcel that was dispatched at 9 am that morning. Evertime I heard a car I looked out the window even sat by my front gate a while. Phoned customer care a few times and second time someone was meant to phone me back if my airtime ran out they never did. I waited until 6 pm. When I track my parcel online it says I was not home which is not true. I saw a ram vehicle drive past my house and my husband saw a second one in my area so I don't understand why I didn't receive my parcel. I work until 1pm and can't sit and wait at home for a parcel. I'm honestly disappointed in the service I have received and don't think I will order from vodacom online again if they are using your courier company.
