very creative with excuse for not delivering
Driver arrived when I was not home. (should verify) Cannot reschedule as the address is wrong (driver was already at "wrong" address). Cannot reschedule as it takes a day to change the address(it is not wrong). Wonder what the next excuse going to be ?

13 Apr 2021, 14:23Yes, was also told on 2 other occasions that delivery would be done, which never happened. Staff member should deliver, personally today. That is expecting to much. They only work there. It is not their job.
