Very ****py Service

On 7th July i placed and order for delivery of my parcel from JHB to Secunda. Paid the bill and got my parcel ready for collection, my parcel was collected the next day as arranged, It was due to arrive in Secunda on the 9th July 2015 which is today by 11 am. At 15:00 i phoned the head office to let them know that my parcel has not yet reached the destination. I was given numbers *** -Ntokozo. When i called the number i was told that the parcel is in Ermelo and unfortunately they do not deliver to Secunda on Thursdays. On the website i specifically app**** for the next day service of which was today by 11am. Then my Husband @16:00 phoned the head office again Donovan told us that he'll get the people to deliver and get back to us, it is now 17:53 and no feedback from Donovan. The parcel is shoes for my nephew for his matric dance which is starting in 5mins still no shoes from RAM Couriers. I'm very angry and disappointed at this SH#@%^*TY service i received from this so called company.
