VERY BAD SERVICES FROM RAM,

RAM was suppose to deliver my parcel yesterday but they didn't, when I track the parcel the updates were that they can't get the address and my cell number has no subscriber, which is totally lies, now I called their call centre and they not answering I will never use them again
